In our group practice we model a team environment. This allows clinicians to be invested in the work they do, allowing space for flexibility and creativity, and having a community of clinicians without having to worry about the issues of running a business. We are big on work life balance and professional development. In addition to reducing overhead costs (that you would incur as a solo practitioner), we provide marketing and an established referral network to join, and supervision/case consultation.
